Tobslak Bothy INCA is suitable for a wide range of interior & exterior wood work applications including wooden floor. To seal and protect exterior wooden surfaces such as decks, outdoor/indoor wood furniture, wooden bridges, docks, garage doors, shutters, window frames, doors, garden furniture, gates etc.
Remove the old polish or paint using paint remover and sandpaper. The bare wood will become visible.
If any repairs or filling are needed, use wood filler or putty. Do not use Fevicol.
Smooth the new or stripped wood using 80/120 grit sandpaper first, followed by 400/600 (wet) sandpaper. Always sand in the direction of the wood grain.
Apply the first coat using a good brush in the direction of the wood grain. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hours. After drying, remove the settled dust using 1000-grit wet sandpaper. Sand only in the direction of the grain.
Apply the second coat using a good brush in the direction of the wood grain, just like the first coat. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hours. After drying, remove the settled dust using 1000-grit wet sandpaper. Sand only in the direction of the grain.
Apply the third coat in the same way as the second coat. After drying, remove the settled dust using 1000-grit wet sandpaper. Sand only in the direction of the grain.
Three coats are essential for the deck floor.
Do not allow water to accumulate on the deck floor; sweep it away with a broom.
पहले से पेंट या पॉलिश करी हुई लकड़ी-पुरानी पॉलिश या पेंट को पेंट रिमूवर और रेगमाल लगा कर उतार लें। कोरी लकड़ी दिखने लगेगी।
अगर कोई मरम्मत या भराई करनी है तो वुड फिलर या पुट्टी से करें। फेविकोल इस्तेमाल नहीं करें
नई लकड़ी या उतारी हुई लकड़ी को 80/120 ओर फिर 400/600 (पानी वाला) रेगमाल से चिकाना कर लें। रेगमाल लकड़ी की रेशों की दिशा में ही लगाएं।
पहला कोटः पहला कोट अच्छे ब्रश से लगायें लकड़ी की रेशों की दिशा में। 3-4 घंटे सूखने दें। सूखने के बाद 1000 नंबर का पानी वाला रेगमार से चिपकी हुई धूल हटा दें। रेगमार रेशों की दिशा में ही लगायें।
दूसरा कोटः पहले कोट की तरह अच्छे ब्रश से लकड़ी के रेशों की दिशा में लगा लें। 3-4 घंटे सूखने दें। सूखने के बाद 1000 नंबर का पानी वाला रेगमार से चिपकी हुई धूल हटा दें। रेगमार रेशों की दिशा में ही लगायें।
तीसरा कोटः दूसरे कोट की तरह लगायें। सूखने के बाद 1000 नंबर का पानी वाला रेगमार से चिपकी हुई धूल हटा दें। रेगमार रेशों की दिशा में ही लगायें।
डेक फ्लोर पर तीन कोट जरूरी हैं
डेक फ्लोर या फर्श पर पानी रूकने न दें उससे झाडु से निकल दें।
